What is your attendance / makeup policy?

You select which days that you will attend during the week. There is no make-up policy. Time is deducted from your specific package.

What is your payment policy?

Families may purchase a Drill Package, Private Package, or Combo Package. Packages are paid for in advance and are reimbursable at any time, for any reason.

What is your reimbursement policy for packages?
A:
Reimbursement of unused portion of packages: The completed portion of the package will be calculated based on the original, pre-discounted rate (Drills: $20/hr, Privates: $75/hr). The remaining balance, if any, will be reimbursed within 30 days of written notification.

Do you provide private instruction?

Yes, all ACE coaches are available for private instruction.

Do you offer coaching and warm ups at tournaments?
A:
Yes, we have many tournaments that we travel with our students and offer warm-ups and tournament coaching. Tournament Coaching is $50/day/player. This fee includes warm-up and match coaching.
