ACE Tennis Academy offers the following programs for competitive players: Early Release and After School Drills, Summer and Weekend Camps. Tournament Coaching, and Private Instruction is also offered. Juniors, depending on their level of experience, are placed in either the National, Sectional, or State groups.
This is a year-round program for the competitive junior who desires to improve their national, sectional, or state ranking. The lower end of the Academy also accepts players that have played successfully on an ALTA / USTA team and are looking to take their game to the next level.
The Academy provides a perfect setting for players to master “executing under pressure”. Juniors will work on the five main ways of applying pressure and will learn when to apply each type. Juniors will also learn how to play and win against various game styles: “The Pusher”, “The Baseliner”, and “The Serve & Volley Game”. Emphasis will be on shot selection, patterns of movement, and maintaining control under pressure.

This is a year-round program for juniors who have no tournament experience but show a desire to play. Emphasis will be on stroke development, court positioning, balance, and simple strategies to teach young players how “not to beat themselves.” The Challenger Program provides a fun and exciting atmosphere for juniors to learn the basic skills needed for competition in a USTA QuickStart format.
USTA QuickStart is a new tennis format for juniors ten and under to make it easier for them to learn and play the game. This format promotes juniors learning to take a full swing at an early age. Quickstart is perfect for developing young tournament players.
Players will register for an 8-week class. Classes are not offered in December and January. Please contact the Academy Director for the next available class.
